1Who these terms are for

These terms govern showroom registration and business accounts on B CARS. They are read together with the general Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, not instead of them. Where these terms differ on a matter specific to showrooms, these are the ones that apply.

The service is operated by IN360 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY W.L.L.

2Accuracy of your business information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the showroom information you submit: its name, its commercial registration number, its contact details and the documents you upload.

If any of it changes later, you must update it. Changes to an approved showroom go through a change request that the team reviews before it is published.

3Authority to apply

By submitting the application you confirm that you are authorised to act for the business, and that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

4Review and approval

Submitting an application does not mean it is approved. The team reviews the application and its documents, and may approve it, reject it, or ask for further information or documents.

Submitting an application grants no verified status before approval.

5Your listings are yours

The showroom is responsible for all of its listings, and for everything published from its account.

• The identity of the vehicle and its details
• Its actual condition
• The odometer reading
• The description and photos
• The advertised price
• Your authority to advertise or sell the vehicle

6What is not allowed

Misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or inappropriate content is prohibited, as is impersonating another business or using documents that are not yours.

7Business documents

The documents you upload — the commercial registration and the like — are used for verification and internal review. They are not public and are not shown to visitors.

Your commercial registration number and your business contact details likewise remain private, readable only by those authorised to review them.

8Suspension and withdrawal of approval

Showroom approval may be suspended or withdrawn in cases of fraud, misuse, serious violations, or where material information turns out to be inaccurate.

We aim to state the reason where that is possible.

9Commercial pricing and subscriptions

Showrooms may be offered subscriptions, paid advertising, featured placement or other commercial services.

The prices of those services may change from time to time.

The price you bought a current billing period at remains governed by the order or plan you purchased for that period. Later purchases and renewals use the prices in effect at that time.

We aim to communicate material pricing changes through the available service or contact channels where appropriate.

10The service will change

We may change showroom features, plans and the structure of the service, and may add or discontinue features.

11Account security

You are responsible for who has access to the showroom account and for what is done through it. Tell us if you notice access you did not authorise.

12Your own legal obligations

The showroom remains responsible for the commercial and regulatory obligations attached to its business, including its own licences and registrations.

13Contact and notifications

We may contact you using the business contact details you entered in the application — about review, operations and notices concerning the showroom account.

The contact email you enter here is a contact detail only: it is not a way to sign in, it does not create a second account, and we do not describe it as a verified email address.

14Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated, and each version has its own identifier. We keep the version you accepted together with the date you accepted it, and do not replace it retroactively.

When a new version is issued, you may be asked to accept it before sending a new application or change request.
